EVENTS & LARGE PARTIES

Cosmic is a walk-in, first-come, first-served space. Guests are always welcome to grab tables as they’re available, and we do not take standard reservations. For groups of 50 or more, please submit an inquiry for your preferred location with event details. Our team will follow up within 48 hours to confirm availability and any buyout options.

With over 18,000 sq. ft. of restaurant and event space, Cosmic offers multiple indoor and outdoor venues designed to accommodate groups of all sizes, from gatherings of 50+ to full-scale buyouts. Each space provides a distinctive Austin atmosphere, making Cosmic an ideal setting for private celebrations, corporate events, and large-scale brand activations. Our flexible layouts and experienced events team make it easy to create memorable experiences tailored to your group.

COSMIC PICKLE

Cosmic Pickle offers a laid-back, open-air setting rooted in classic Austin patio culture. Centered around a spacious outdoor footprint and bar-focused service, the venue is ideal for casual gatherings, social celebrations, and large group meetups. With flexible seating, relaxed atmosphere, and plenty of room to spread out, Cosmic Pickle provides an easygoing yet memorable backdrop for events of all sizes.

We are a walk in, first come first served space. You are welcome to come in and grab tables as they are available as we have ample room for large groups!

  • If your group is 50+ guests, please fill out the form HERE to input all your event details. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours to see if buyout options are available.

We are happy to be considered for your big day! All wedding inquiries go through our event manager, who can check dates and venue buyout information.

Cosmic is a TABC licensed venue, therefore all beverages must be ordered/purchased through Cosmic. 

Cosmic Saltillo: We have an in-house culinary program, so we do not allow any outside food. You can find our food menus listed on our website! The only exception to this will be outside cakes. Please talk to our event manager about custom options for catering.

Cosmic Pickle: We currently have (3) permanent food trucks on-site – Wow Poke, Biggie’s Yardbird & Pueblo Viejo. We do not allow outside food or catering. Feel free to reach out to the trucks for catering options for your group! 

Any additional event decorations—including flowers, candles, banners, etc.—need to be communicated and approved by your event manager prior to the day of your party. Additional charges may apply, depending on size and quantity. Confetti, glitter and any other item that could stain or damage Cosmic Saltillo property are not allowed on premises. To protect the safety and security of all guests on property, we require advance written approval before using items that create noise, noxious odors or hazardous effects. Cosmic reserves the right to bill or ask guests to not use items on-site if they were not approved in advance.

Cosmic Saltillo – There is street parking available in the neighborhood and we validate up to 2 hours at the 4 parking garages in the Saltillo development. 

Cosmic Pickle – We share the parking lot with THIS Gym and have plenty of open parking spots. All parking is first come, first served. 

Cosmic is rain or shine! We have an extensive outdoor area for large groups and very limited indoor space, dedicated for the main bar area. The indoor bar services the entire property, so we do not reserve the indoor space unless it’s a full buyout. We have a flexible cancellation policy, up to (24) hours before the event to reschedule or cancel. 

Yes! With approval from our events team, you’re welcome to bring a cake or dessert. Just note we’re not able to refrigerate, store, or cut it, or provide plates or utensils. We also ask that you handle disposal and clean up afterward.
