We offer several event spaces for parties of all sizes on our property.
Groups 50 and under: Cosmic is a walk in, first come first served space for groups of 50 guests or less. We have seating for over 500+ and welcome groups all the time! Come early and snag some tables for your group!
Groups 50+: Please reach out with your preferred date, event time, and guest count for custom pricing and availability.

Frequently Asked questions
No. Cosmic is licensed venue and it is against TABC to have outside beverages. All beverages must be ordered/purchased through Cosmic.
Cosmic Pickle: Yes, but we do require a food truck buyout fee of $150 per truck, if you choose not to use the on-site food trucks. For full backyard + venue buyouts, $300 per truck fee applies, as they would have to
close for the day/night.

Cosmic Pickle: we currently have (3) permanent food trucks on-site. These include Leroy & Lewis BBQ, Tommy Want Wingy and Pueblo Viejo.
Yes, you are welcome to use the food trucks for your event! You can set up a custom menu or ordering system with your event manager. If you want your guests to be on their own, you can do that, as well. They would order directly from each food truck on their own tabs.
All guests are encouraged to order drinks from our main bar to ensure efficiency and quality of service, either on their separate tabs or master/hosted tab.
Cosmic Pickle: We share the parking lot with Crux and have plenty of free parking spots.. If you have buses for your event, they can drop off on the side of Cosmic, but cannot park/stage on-site.
Cosmic Saltillo: Coming soon!
We have our basic speakers throughout the space playing background music. If you need dedicated music, speakers or microphones, please ask your event manager for our preferred vendor list.
Any additional event decorations—including flowers, candles, banners, etc.—need to be communicated and approved by your event manager prior to the day of the event. Additional charges may apply, depending on size
and quantity. Confetti, glitter and any other item that could stain or damage Cosmic property are not allowed on premises.
To protect the safety and security of all guests on property, we require advance written approval before using items that create noise, noxious odors or hazardous effects.
If any damage is caused to the grounds or products by guests, Cosmic reserves the right to bill the host for reasonable damages.
